Jamaican Pulled Pork
Our Bone-in Pork Butt is smoked for 12+ hours, and only pulled when it reaches perfection. Then our Bone-in Pork Butt is trimmed of any remaining fat before the shredding process. We then sprinkle it a little with our Smokehouse Rub to make it pop and then and only then we delicately shred the perfectly smoked meat for our guests consumption.
Jamaican Tri Tip
Our Smoked Tri-Tip is marinated in our very own Smokehouse Jamaican Tri-Tip rub. Then its Smoked to perfection in one of our traditional offset or reverse flow smokers and sliced perfectly to release the perfect flavor!
Jamaican Pork Spare Ribs
Our St. Louis Style dry rubbed slow smoked ribs are cooked with hickory wood and lightly bathed with our Smokehouse Jamaicans mild BBQ sauce. We individually slice our slabs so you don’t have to.
Jamaican Beef Brisket
Our Certified Angus Beef is seasoned with our Bold Smokehouse Brisket Rub and smoked for 14 hours.
